Bob Martin Flea Spray

Bob Martin Flea Spray for home and furniture. For use on carpets, pet beds & home furniture. 

Kills fleas & mites for 12 weeks. Kils flea eggs & larvae for up to 12 months. 

About this product: Bob Martin plus home & furniture flea spay not only kills adult fleas but also flea eggs and larvae for up to 12 months thanks to S-Methoprene, insect growth regulator which breaks the flea life cycle. Also kills House dust mites,which can be a common cause of allergies in people and pets. 

Directions for use: 

• Vacuum carpets immediately prior to application as this pens the carpet pile and allows the spray to penetrate. Similarly, vacuum and treat under large items of furniture, such as sofas, to target favoured hiding places of immature fleas.
• Remove all pets including birds and fish from the area to be treated. Pets can return to treated areas after 4 hours.
• Before spraying soft furnishings spray a small,inconspicuous area of the fabric and allow this to dry to confirm compatibility. 
• Hold can approximately 30cm (12") away from the surface to be treated. Use 4 seconds of spray time to cover 1 square metre of surface, spraying in a criss-cross pattern to ensure uniform delivery.  Also spray in cracks and crevices around the room (e.g. skirting boards and gaps in exposed floorboards) where developing fleas may hide.

Active ingredients: permethrin 0.5% w/w, tetramethrin 0.1% w.w, S-Methoprene 0.05% w/w.

• Keep away from sources of ignition- no smoking.
• Keep out of reach of children. 
• Do not touch treated surfaces until dry.
• Wash hands and exposed skin before meals and after use.
• Contains permethrin and fragrance. May produce an allergic reaction. 

Statutory conditions of approval relating to use.

For use only as an insecticide. Applications: insecticide for amateur use against fleas, ticks and mites by application to carpets,rugs and pets bedding, and to hard porous and non-porous surfaces in kitchens and other rooms in domestic premises.  Application method: surface spray. Application rate: spray from a distance of 30cm onto hard surfaces where insects walk, into cracks and crevices and insect hideaways. A 4 second spray will treat 1 square metre of surface. Re-apply as necessary. 

Read all precautions before use. HSE no. 8535. Users must comply in full with all their legal responsibilities under the control of pesticides regulations 1986 (as amended), including complying with all conditions of approval.

• Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/ 122°F. Do not pierce or burn,even after use.
• Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. Keep out of reach if children.
