FREE DELIVERY should be selected at checkout for all orders over £25 (Royal Mail Tracked Standard).

Our flagship stores business days are Tuesday-Saturday. Royal Mail Tracked Standard: 3-5 Business days | Royal Mail Tracked Express: 2-3 business days. For any upgraded/fast-tracked delivery services, please contact us.
MY ORDER CONTAINS A PRE-ORDER ITEM, WHEN WILL IT BE DISPATCHED?
Your order will be dispatched in full, once the pre-order item/s is available for dispatch. We do not dispatch orders in multiple deliveries. All pre-order items show the estimated dispatch week on the product listing.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT, WILL PRICES BE SHOWN ON DELIVERY?
In our orders we only pop in a packing slip, which just shows the items that have been ordered, there are no prices on it.
RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We hope you are entirely satisfied with your products however in the unlikely event you would like to return / cancel any products:
If you have not yet received a dispatch email, please notify your request to cancel the order via email to tuckshop@thegroomersliverpool.co.uk
OR
If you received your goods, return requests must be made to us in writing within 14 days of receiving your items. Please email tuckshop@thegroomersliverpool.co.uk
You then have a further 14-days to get your items back to us. You may return your order directly in store.

Or you may return your order to us via post. Currently we are unable to offer free returns, it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back to us, so we advise you send these via a tracked delivery service. All goods must be returned to us in a resale-able condition, items must not have been opened or tested and must have all labels still attached and not tampered with. Once your items have reached us, we will check your items within 3 working days and issue a refund if the above has been adhered to. Postage charges on the original outgoing order will not be refunded, nor will we cover the postage costs of items returned to us. Upon receipt of the goods, we will check your returns and if everything is satisfactory, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Alternatively if you are lucky enough to be local to our store, you can pop in within the same time frame for a refund in store.
Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
Here at The Tuck Shop we hand check every item in every order that leaves our premises. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving (signing for) the goods. You must notify us in writing at tuckshop@thegroomersliverpool.co.uk including photographs of the damaged/faulty item.
Fresh Bakes
Due to the nature of our Fresh Bakes, please note any damage sustained through delivery is not covered by our refund policy. All our bakes will be inspected prior to delivery and packaged accordingly.
